Wingbeats first masterclass with @george_massenburg was amazing, thanks to all the awesome people involved. Thanks to Alasdair Halliday for putting together a smoking band, to Andy Deganahl for your endless support, to George for your sonic genius, to the band and students who made it an awesome two days and to all the people behind the scenes here who have made Wingbeats a reality.
Thanks @jimmayermusic! It was amazing to have you in studio for the special session ๐
We had a blast mixing Verdi`s Requiem for the fantastic @landmarksorch earlier this month. Already looking forward to next year`s season of stunning community concerts at the Boston Hatch Shell!

We are very excited to announce a recording masterclass with George Massenburg September 21-22 on Cape Cod! Registration is open now.
Over two days at Wingbeats Recording Studio on Cape Cod, George will lead an acoustic recording session with the musicians performing together in one room-an opportunity to experience the art and craft of recording in its most fundamental form.
Space is limited. If you are interested in participating or would like additional information, please contact: Dan Pfeiffer

Some of the best recording sessions arenโt really about the equipment.
Theyโre about the people in the room.
The musicians who bring something honest and unexpected. The producer who knows when to push and when to get out of the way. The engineer listening for the moment that canโt be recreated. The conversations between takes. The meals, the laughter, the late-night playback, and the feeling that everyone is working toward the same thing.
Thatโs what we love about recording at Wingbeats.
Cape Cod gives us a beautiful, quiet place to step away from the noise and spend a little more time making something great together.
Whether itโs an album, a live session, a film score, or simply a few days devoted to the craftโwe want the people and the music to be at the center of it.
Come make something with us. #capecod #acappella
